Information on this site, including any pricing examples, does not constitute a binding quote. A binding price is provided only in a written estimate or quote after we review the specific work requested, and may change if the scope of work changes once work begins.
Service availability and scheduling
Services and service areas may vary and are not guaranteed by this website. Availability and scheduling for a specific project are confirmed directly with you at the time of booking.
Online payments
Where offered, you may pay an invoice online through Stripe's secure checkout. Every online payment is a one-time charge tied to a specific invoice for work we've completed or scheduled for you — we do not offer, and this site does not charge, any recurring subscription or automatically renewing plan, so there is nothing to "cancel" or auto-renew. You can also pay by cash, check or bank transfer; ask our staff for details.
Customer and staff Dashboard accounts
Access to our Dashboard is granted by invitation only — there is no public sign-up. If we've given you an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account; tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Photos and content you submit
If you upload photos with an estimate request, you confirm you have the right to share them with us. You grant us a license to use those photos to prepare and discuss your estimate; we will only use them in our public project gallery or marketing if we separately ask for, and you give, your permission.
Intellectual property
The text, photos of our own completed work, logos and other content on this site belong to Perfect House LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, republish or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
