How Perfect House LLC collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us: through our estimate and contact forms (name, phone number, email address, property address, city/zip and project details, plus any photos you choose to upload); when we create an invoice, project or appointment for you; and, if you're given access to our customer or staff Dashboard, your name, email address and role. We do not use cookies or scripts to collect information about you from other websites, and we do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates and quotes, schedule and manage work, issue and collect payment for invoices, and communicate with you about your project. Staff use the same information internally to run the Dashboard/CRM (estimates, customers, invoices, projects and calendar).
Cookies, analytics, local storage and fonts
This site keeps your chosen language (English/Spanish) in your browser's local storage so it persists between visits — that value never leaves your device. Signing in to the Dashboard uses a secure authentication session managed by our hosting provider, Supabase, which is required for the portal to work. Our fonts and stylesheets are hosted on our own server — none are loaded from Google Fonts or any other third-party font service. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (for example, from a search or a social media link), the type of device and browser, approximate location (such as city), and whether a visitor taps our phone number or submits an estimate request. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this; it does not receive anything you type into our forms. Our Dashboard, sign-in and unsubscribe pages do not load Google Analytics. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The estimate form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps block spam bots. We also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It tells Meta which pages were viewed and whether a visitor tapped our phone number or submitted an estimate request; it does not receive anything you type into our forms. Meta may combine this with information it has about you if you use its services — you can control this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings ("Ad preferences"), or block it by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. We do not use any session-recording, heatmap or screen-replay tool.
Email communications and unsubscribing
If you submit an estimate request, we will contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. If you separately checked the box to receive occasional updates and offers, we may also send you marketing emails — every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we honor an unsubscribe request immediately. You can also ask us by phone or email at any time to stop contacting you, for any reason.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business, acting on our instructions: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Resend (sending estimate, invoice, quote and marketing emails), Stripe (processing online invoice payments — Stripe receives your payment card details directly; we never see or store your full card number), Vercel (website hosting), Google (website analytics, as described above), Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel, as described above) and Cloudflare (spam protection on the estimate form). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed to homeowners and property owners, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Access to our Dashboard is invite-only, issued directly by our staff to adult customers and employees — there is no public self-registration form on this site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below — we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention and security
We keep estimate, customer, invoice and project records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls that limit Dashboard staff and customers to only the records they're authorized to see.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "effective date" below reflects the most recent revision; continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
