We contact you to go over the details, schedule a visit to see the work in person when the project needs it, and then send you an itemized written quote by email. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

Every home and every project is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. The cost depends on the size of the area, the condition of what's there today (water damage, old wiring or uneven floors change the work), the materials and finishes you choose, and whether permits are needed. Your written quote lists each item so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

It depends on the scope: a repair can take a day, while a full bathroom, kitchen or basement remodel takes considerably longer, and material availability and inspections also play a part. We go over the expected timing with you before work begins and keep you informed if anything changes along the way.

In Pennsylvania, many projects that change structure, plumbing, electrical or HVAC need a permit from your municipality under the Uniform Construction Code, while cosmetic work such as painting or most flooring usually doesn't. Requirements vary by town, so we review whether your project needs one as part of the estimate.

Yes. We protect floors and furniture in the work area, keep the site organized while we work, and clean up when the job is done. If your family needs to keep using part of the space during the project, tell us during the estimate and we'll plan around it.

Yes. We handle repairs, rental turnovers between tenants, seasonal maintenance and cleaning for landlords and property owners, as well as projects for homeowners.

Payment terms are written into your quote before the work starts, and you receive your invoices by email. Customers also get access to our online customer portal, where they can see their invoices and follow their project.

Warranty coverage depends on the type of work and the materials installed. When a warranty applies, we document its terms and dates with your project so you always know what's covered and until when.
