Our commitment

Perfect House LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone who submits content to this site. We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, as described below.

How to submit a notice of claimed infringement

Your notice must be in writing and include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on this site (a URL is sufficient); (4) your name, address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf. Notices that don't substantially meet these requirements may not receive a response.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notification containing: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material removed and its location before removal; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate the access of users or accounts determined to be repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
