How do I get an estimate from Perfect House?
Request it online with our estimate form, call 570-517-9122 or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you need and, if you can, attach up to 5 photos of the area. We contact you to go over the details, schedule a visit to see the work in person when the project needs it, and then send you an itemized written quote by email. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
What should I have ready before the estimate?
A short description of the work, your address, photos of the area, any measurements you already have, and your preferences for materials or finishes. If you have inspiration pictures or a rough budget in mind, share them too: they help us recommend the right scope from the start.
How much will my project cost?
Every home and every project is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. The cost depends on the size of the area, the condition of what's there today (water damage, old wiring or uneven floors change the work), the materials and finishes you choose, and whether permits are needed. Your written quote lists each item so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope: a repair can take a day, while a full bathroom, kitchen or basement remodel takes considerably longer, and material availability and inspections also play a part. We go over the expected timing with you before work begins and keep you informed if anything changes along the way.
